★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The teacher is good. But the manager and admin are rigid and not attentive to any complaints. It is easy to pay for registration and course fees, but very difficult to get the refund. You have to pay attention and strictly follow their long procedures and they will never send you reminder on anything besides the standard registration/withdrawal email. So you are supposed to understand everything from their email! Otherwise, they will eat your deposit and blame you on not following their procedures!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smooth facilitation of a trial class, which my daughter loved. The ballet teacher, Ms Audrey, was a lovely lady who was very nice and great with children. We signed up on the spot and registration and payment was fuss free and easy. Thanks to Ms Simin who was very helpful and efficient.

My daughter is on the high energy side and I could see Ms Audrey patiently guiding and helping her progress through each steps. I signed up immediately after the trial. Looking forward go seeing my daughter grow in competency in Step Up.
