Hawker Centre 201 - 201 Tampines St. 21

There are few shops offering aroma food and very popular among folks in Tampines. I like the fish soup stall at blk 201 triangle shop for easy reference. The soup is very tasty and fish is fresh. There are few type of fish available and also serve fried fish with vegetables. Price depends on the fish you select. There are other dish as well.

?️Golden Rooster Happiness Plate $6.88 with @foodpandasg self pickup. ? Not sure if there's been a mistake or what, but the 3 pieces of chicken seems to be from a spring chicken. Drumstick is more like drumlet. The skin is crisp on the outside but still can be considered juicy on the inside. However, the "drumlet" was slightly undercooked with strain of blood near the bone. ? The fries... More like cracker. It's obvious that it has been refried for many times till there's no moisture and they became translucent. Of course there will be some people who prefers this dry texture but not me. ? Not sure if cabbage and carrots are really expensive now that they just give you a shot of coleslaw. ? Buttered bread? It's tasty at the first bite but got abit too greasy on subsequent bites. I understand this brand is under @tenderfreshsg and I had better experience with other outlets where the servings has a standard size. This is definitely an "unhappiness plate" for me ? ?️ Pork and chives Dumplings @ Hong Ji Noodle House $4 ♨️ Not the best looking dumpling. But the pork and chives fillings are decent. The skin is slightly thick for my liking as I can still taste abit of the the flour taste. The sliced ginger are pickled. So theres a little sweetness to it. There are better dumplings selling nearby the area so I'll probably won't order this dish again from the stall. Follow @reddotfoodie on instagram for more reviews!

The fish ball noodle, chicken rice zi char fish soup and kway chap is nice

The Nasi Lemak from the Indian Muslim stall is very nice. Can taste the 'Lemakness' in the rice. Definitely recommended.

Mee pok fishball noodles was pretty good. Duck rice also good. Not bad.

Teochew Fish Soup is a must eat here. Prices starts from $6 onwards depends on the type of fish you choose. Add $1.00 for a variety of sides as well. Just beside, the Roasted Delight is also a must eat. The Roast Pork and Char Siew is well cooked and portion are also generous. Pair it with the Fish Soup, it will gives you a well deserved and satisfying lunch ?

I think the fish soup stall is worth mentioning. Although price is slightly on the high side, the fish are fresh and soup has the umami taste. Worth eating it
