Floristique - Flower Delivery Singapore ? - 22 New Industrial Rd

This was my first time engaging Floristique service and I must say there will be many more to come! U know a floristry is good when they manage to fulfill what they promised even during their busiest period of the year: Valentine's Day. I chose them because their delivery slot is 10am to 4pm which works out well as my wife knocks off at 4pm. It is the only co. that offer this delivery time slot as I see most of them is before 6/7pm. I admit I was skeptical about their promise but they honoured it. The flowers were delivered before 4pm. They also answered my queries on the delivery status which many floristry tend to ignore during Valentine's Day itself. My wife also commented that she loved the flower arrangement this year and it also came with a thoughtful paper bag which makes it easier to transport around. Thank you Floristique for delivering on time and the awesome bouquet! I really appreciate it.

Update: Was met with prompt replies after contacting them due to this issue. Told them I do not need another bouquet as it has been awhile since Valentine's Day but they gave me another option which I am happy to accept! Really impressed at their service recovery and how they handled this situation. Can tell that they genuinely care for their customers and are dedicated to keep each and every customer happy! Will definitely recommend this to others and order from here again in the future! _______________________________________________________________ Ordered a bouquet for Valentine's Day Was met with prompt response from the staff. Communication was smooth and was easy to order. A little disappointed that the bouquet didn't turn out like their photo. (expected a nice round bundle of flowers and thought it be symmetrical from birds eye view) The hydrangea were starting to wilt when it was delivered and died shortly after. Overall, still okay with the service and bouquet.

We had an order with them for fruit hampers and they were very thoughtful in preparing our orders! By building relationship with us, first time customer, they actually gave a complimentary sample bouquet on top of the order. The bouquet was done with our corporate colour and branding. We really appreciated that they initiated this gesture to show us how they are flexible in personalising our orders and we definitely felt the sincerity from the team! Definitely will engage them again in the near future!

Was given this bouquet on Valentine's day. As you can see from the flowers, the quality of the roses was really bad. All but one of the roses had petals that were turning brown. Feedback was given to floistique by my bf regarding the flowers via email but he didn't receive any reply till now. Bad service and quality of flowers. Would not recommend at all. Update : received a prompt response via WhatsApp regarding the issue. They were apologetic about the overlook and delivered a new bouquet to me and a get well soon floral arrangement to my bf who is recovering from covid. Really nice gesture and really good service recovery from the company! Sincere company who deserves good reviews!

I ordered the flower sudden in the morning to deliver afternoon to our relative in Singapore.. from the start to the buying process on the website until the delivery everything was smooth and perfect. The flowers also beautiful and same like on the picture.. and the florist was very helpful to arrange our order from Indonesia. Thank you.. will definitely order again..

First time engaging service with the company and it was totally hassle-free! In fact the order was made quite last minute (the night before) and I have chosen the earliest slot for delivery on the next day. They managed to deliver the bouquet on time to the restaurant before my reservation without much coordination. The customer service was prompt and patient in replying queries and updating delivery status. Coordination was completely seamless. There was minor abrasion on the petal (middle rose) but totally understandable since they are delicate. Just a small suggestion to note perhaps during delivery. Overall would still give a 5-star for the good service. Thank you seller :)
