Why is it connecting to a fax machine? I tried to call the branch this morning.
I noticed this issue was reported in the review some time ago.
It reflects a very bad image of both HDB and the MP overseeing our estate.

β β β β β The address is incorrect. It is not located at Blk 422 but at Blk 422A multi-storey car park. Level 1 is their e-lobby and the branch office is at level 7. You have to make appointment and no walkins, service is good and fast.
