★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very helpful counter staff, esp Joanne: very aggressive talking when enquiring some matters. Need to train ur staff to have more customer service oriented and more friendly. That's what your job is for. All these hostility make your own department look so unprofessional and low standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an appointment for 11.00 am 25 Feb 20. Arrived 1035am. given a queue number 1011. At 11.15am, Q1008 was called. That meant I had to wait another 45 min. Gave up. So much for supper efficient Singapore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deteriorating standards at HDB, hardly has appointment slots and the cheek for these civil government organisations to allow staff to continue to work from home. Singapore is heading for 3rd world standards its a matter of time
