β β β β β Is it so difficult to put the branch office numbers on your website? How much does it cost? How much can it save you? Instead we have to call the stupid hotline which puts you on hold and worst get cut off after being on hold for so long? The idiots who thought of this must be shot!

β β β β β Really bad/rude attitude i have come across from the office workers for this branch and is not the first time.
I send my babies upstairs to childcare just one floor above them everyday sharing the same lift.
Many instances really: eg. Dashing into the lift last min, holding for them. Instead of saying thanks, they stare at u rudely.
Another just squeeze in with lift already full of child n prams last minute, pushing children n adults to press their floor button without simple 'excuse me' to add in (PS. HDB office is just at second floor only)
Just few of many cases mentioned. Really makes me wonder how good can their service level be in this branch.
