★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My power trip on13072020 about 1030am, I called Pair Ris town council for help. The officer was very friendly and arranged for a technician to my unit at Blk.648. The technician arrived shortly even on a rainy day. The technician was very friendly , not only solving the power trip issue, additionally he adviced us on how to manage our power breaker and shared how to test our power breaker to keep our house safe. I appreciate his effort to help us and care about our safety. He presented a great service experience to us. Once again thank you so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called TC Today to let them Know The Lights Outside Our Houses Are Still on till 1.30pm today. The Lady who picked My Call just cannot be bothered...she did not ask for my Name...Block No or Unit No...she just asked which Floor and will get someone to Check...more like want to end my call fast. Here I am Trying to be Helpfulas its A Waste of Electricity and Money. What an Attitude. Very Disappointing!!!
