★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Co-located within Public Service Centre, the staff are helpful and friendly. Need to make eappointment before meeting staff. Abit troublesome but for safe distancing. Heard can still do Saturday appointment but only special request. Finally they updated the operating hours. ?
