β β β β β Dear Owner, please provide at least a respect training to the front counter on handling customer. I had a very bad experience today 16/01/2022 at about 10.30am. Upon making payment, there is a notice on the cashier that ONLY CASH PAYMENT. I have only left with $50 notes in my wallet and when I told the Cashier that I do not have a small notes she showed me a very bad mood. She throwed my the coins $0.60 very hard on the table and I told her you don't need to do that and I showed her my wallet. She explained this is her usual way. I am doubt is this the usual way she treated customer ? This is very bad really, since you only accept cash payment, please make sure you have enough changes if not please implement other cashless payment mode.

β β β β β This new Penang restaurant has undergoing renovation since circuit breaker. Itβs nice to see it finally opened door.
The Penang food is nice but not enough seat in the restaurant. Take away order is better if you want to enjoy Penang food in Tampines.

β β β β β Ordered less spicy but same as their normal spiciness. Taste was not bad and price is reasonable (includes 2 prawns) at $5 per plate for Penang char Kway tiao. Taste not similar to authentic ones from Penang as u can see itβs not white, itβs abit darker in color. Service is abit slow.

β β β β β This shop is a hit and miss depending on what you order. The fried kueh Teow is disappointing. We only order the mee goreng and Penang Hokkien mee when we eat here.

β β β β β 5.50 for a very small plate of tasteless char kway teoy. Buy from hawker center upstairs Next time. I'm too poor to afford this type of fine dining.

β β β β β Worst experience ever...last time to patronise this stall....ordered two items for takeaway...customers behind me either dine in (more than 4 items) or takeaway (at least 3 items) got their orders first...when feedback to the lady, she said depend on what you order..so they don't prepare according to order? but food item combination? They didn't even apologize but even the chef behind also 'gang up' to defend their own. What kind of customer service!! One star is overrated!!! In the end the chinese sausage for char kway tiao is burnt!

β β β β β We ordered penang prawn mee and it came in pretty big bowl. Nice. Prawn seemed came from char kway teow not boil but became char prawn as seen. Fried pork tasted nice, tender with balance taste.
