very inefficient service (change parking coupon) . really need to improve. from the way they serve, i could tell the โ€œauthorityโ€ mentality is much stronger than โ€œpeople's servant โ€ mentality.

Lousy branch ever. Out of 7 counters only 3 opened. And the crowd is building. If there is a small crowd sure enough a few counters will do, but not when there is a big crowd. Premise manger you need to step out of your office to see what is happening instead of sticking your butt on your office chair!!

Glad to hear from a staff working here that HDB is moving towards counterless operation. With advancement in Internet technology, there are already many functions consumers can performed online. Furthermore, this will allow the onsite staff to focus on handling more challenging matters that requires human intervention. The complexity of housing can be daunting for homeowners and my interaction with HDB staff recently also revealed to me that the latter are also lacking some knowledge. After 3 plus days, we were finally able to see some kind of resolution to our challenge (in a nutshell, paying off flat with CPF). In short, despite making our intend very clear to four staff between two in person appointments and one phone call, the issue is still being looked into due to some internal matters between the branch and the main hub. During the process, we kept being asked to go to the Toa Payoh hub just because the local branch either cannot get hold of the main person in charge or they cannot access part of the online system to process the instructions. Finally, staff Halijah and Cynthia were able to get us to a satisfactory point of the matter. It did took us almost two hours at the branch.

Woodlands HDB branch Officer Ms Alicia, handling EASE program was very helpful and responsible to follow up with our case even at 7.15pm. She extended her offer to connect us to her colleague when she heard that I needed to defer my EASE schedule due to our toilet concealed piping issue. Greatly appreciate her extra effort and patience.

I don't know our principal estate manager is a paranoia . She has the concept that a mosquito netting can become a lethal weapon. To cool her down I will removed it so that she can have a peaceful season hoilday or else she might ended up joining the IMH patient queue.
