โ โ โ โ โ The E Ambassador need to improve. Instead of using hand to block the way. It will be better to ask "how may i help you". Act like a security guard. On 9th April. The lady e ambassdor with no smile and rude. Should not be in service line if you are not kind. Not even worth a star.

โ โ โ โ โ Me and my mum were quite blur but the security staff and one indian lady staff were patient and helpful! managed to get things done within 10min really appreciate them for their service and attitude :)

โ โ โ โ โ At 8.10am all counters are empty, no members waiting to be called. Not willing to serve. Keep telling me to book appointment, cannot walk in without appointment. Understand if there are crowds, but having about 5 to 6 staff and 2 security guards and no members in the branch. Not flexible, disappointing.
