★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a massage for 1.5hrs and i was lead into the room at 6.08 and i was done changing around 6.15. the therapist that attended to me for thai massage did not manage to crack my back at all and her massage was pretty off balance. (Left side and right side massage not same. )
And she said she was done and i changed out and check my phone was 7.28pm. i read many reviews where customers sessions ended earlier then it should. But receptionist said my session ended only 5mins earlier. Gave 10% off my session but i think this is not how business is done. I think they start timing once you step pass door. Highly unrecommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased 2 packages here and have thus had my massage done by many of the masseuse at Healing Touch (OCC). The best 2 massage therapist I would recommend would be Kim and Sandy. I just had my Moxa Massage done by Sandy and all my aches and pain have been relieved. She's strong and massages with all her heart even when it was already 8pm at night. She has an amazing personality too. Thank you Sandy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The masseur, Ivy, at orchid healing touch is awesome! She's chirpy, friendly yet super understanding. She knows that you're tired and would let you rest instead of talking to you all the time. Also, she'll know if you're sensitive or feel pain and quickly reduce her strength.
I would give 5 stars:
- if the session could end on time and not earlier.
- if the massage could start from upper body to lower body. This way, it's more hygienic.
- Initially, I was truly disappointed that 1 hour prior to the appointment, they wanted to push my appointment to a later time even though I booked way in advance. Fortunately, they receptionist was very kind & friendly to help me make an arrangement to secure my appointment at my preferred timing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices increases in 2021 to minimal $63 before GST. This is about 15% price hike. No self service drink nor warm drink after the session during pandemic. I hope they provide it again once the pandemic is over. Wanted to try the Moxa hot stone thingy but the masseur forgot to do it. It’s okay though.
Massage was good but 1 hour session is more to 50-55min only. No hard selling, this is why I still come to Healing Touch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a trial 4P massage on 18th April. Therapist Stephanie was great in identifying my sore lower back and concentrated quite lengthy to ease the soreness. Apologies to the receptionist on the timing which I was self confused on the actual time but she was very accommodating. My first time and definitely not the last. Heard of other client's session ending earlier than supposed to, mine did not end earlier. Will try different therapy next time. Cheers everyone @Healing Touch (Yishun OCC) and keep up the great work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for my first massage for 2022 and it was a great experience at the Healing Touch at Yishun OCC. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms was clean and music was suited to the environment. My masseur, Marina who did my Thai Deep Tissue Massage did a very great and excellent job and beyond my expectations. She will ask if the pressure of the massage is alright or encountering any pain every 15 mins to make sure I’m having a relaxing massage. She is polite and friendly to talk with and I will definitely choose her again when I visit the spa again. Eventually I did signed a massage membership on my first visit. Overall, a great experience. Keep up the great work, Marina. See you soon again. ☺️☺️
