β β β β β Called and check with clinic if there is available slot, was told available as long can reach before 8pm. Arrived at 7.30pm, was told by the older nurse no more new patients. WASTING TIME, poor communication from doctors to nurse.

Will advise on your diet & daily health needs.
He will explain to you more about the medcine you need to take.

β β β β β I give four stars first, if medicine given good I will put 5 stars. Pleasant experience for my first visit. I donβt know is I suay or what everytime I come, the clinic either close or go company dinner ??. (3-4x le) Finally today I get to see the doctor. Quite meticulous doctor and will check your blood pressure despite only have allergy and infection. Not a just ζ·θ‘ you kind of doctor where they anyhow prescribe itchy med and ask you go back. Quite impressed. Thanks Dr Yong!

β β β β β Had bad experience for the swab test.
Waited for 2.5 hours outside of the clinic just to do the test and wait for medicine another 1 hour+.
Wasting time
Suggestion to clinic:
If you cant help the patient fast, do some sms notifications alert or numbering alert with estimated time.
For the 3 hours, some patients are not feeling well to wait there, they should have rest.

β β β β β Unprofessional doctor! I went to see doctor for being Covid positive and was told to do both ART and PCR. Doctor inserted the stick all the way for both ART and PCR and dug many times forcefully till I screamed and teared. He claimed that should be the correct way to do! I've done PCR at a polyclinic before, but I didn't feel the pain at all! After the swabs at this clinic, I felt the pain throughout the day and the next day! My husband was there to do ART too. He was shocked to see the doctor doing the swab in such a forceful way on me. My husband also felt the pain when doing the ART by the same doctor. He questioned the doctor if he had done the same forceful and painful way to himself. I developed a phobia of doing a swab after this incident. The 1-star is for the nurse only.

β β β β β Worse clinic ever!!! Came at 8:30am and was the 6th person but never get to see the doctor till 10:45am! Terrible! No communication among doctors and nurses! I will never ever come back! Rather go to a Poly Clinic. Please donβt waste your time here. They will charge you private clinic fees but worse service in efficiency and time! Very very disappointed! We go to a private clinic because we are not well and itβs convenient nearby home but with the clinicβs incompetency, my migraine got worse!!! This is absurd, ridiculous and unacceptable!
