★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thinking of moving here if there are still vacancies and get a good q number. Nice place and good surrounding area with a swimming pool nearby. Layout of the flats build looks good too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the latest BTO development in Bukit Batok, with high rise 38 stories consist of mixed development of 4rm and 5 rm flats. There's a pavillion at the multi-storey carparks, Badminton court and gardens @ top of multi-storey carparks.
There are food courts, child care center and convenient shop at Blk 296A. RC at Blk 296B, another child care at this block too.
The community have multiple interest group including verticle challenge (climb the steps), mon-fri HPB sponsored exercise and monthly fun-walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Near swimming pool,walking distance to Clinic & there's Coffee Shop & Minimart nearby too.
Not much bike parking lot at all.
Limited parking for motorcycles except for cars.
If you take the staircase,the hand railing is just a failure of end product or outcome.
Been years still no action taken for the staircase hand rail.
So please help to highlight about this for safety reason.
