β β β β β Very bad service, tried to call their number to make an appoinment, from 9-12PM, I called so many times in 3 hours, but nobody answer me. and their whatsapp customer service told me calling is the only way to reach this branch. Their staff just keep the phone rining without answering it!!!!!

β β β β β Great for PDT (pre-departure testing) via video. A typo error on the Test certificate was rectified immediately by Dinesh and his team. This enabled me to go on to the airport without any worries at all. Keep it up!

β β β β β Not good. Waiting one hour despite the appointment, the doctor doesn't even speak to you directly to explain test results but refers to staff at the front desk lol. The meal they give you after fasting is a cookie, very healthy indeed ?

β β β β β Experience was bad and will never visit again. 1. Booked appointment for vaccination 10am. Thereβs no patient in the clinic, and waited half an hour to go in. 2. Receipt given was another patients details.

β β β β β There's no point to having an appointment time because they seem to take tests based on first come first served basis? It was about 1 hour wait for me on a sat morning to do PCR test

β β β β β Feeling cheated! I would like to give negative million stars if I could. Did pre-departure ART test on May 3rd, 12 hrs before the planned departure. I checked with staff twice and they confirmed that we could get the results within 2 hrs but NEVER recevied the results. What is worse is that there is no way to contact them for this after their business hours. Just wasted my money for nothing... I think they are not serious in delivering the results to travelers on time and that is why they request all testers to sign the form not to blame them even if people cannot get on board due to the delayed test results (in my case, never received at all ...)

β β β β β Staff are very friendly and patient. My mum is generally anxious person and can be quite fussy. However, their patience helped my mum to relax and she was very happy with their service. Personally, I am also glad that their service match up to their price. I will definitely come back again for my health check
