Recently visited this clinic for a consult with Dr Shane on a friend’s recommendation, and I certainly wasn’t disappointed! Dr Shane was very attentive, patiently addressing all my concerns and explaining his treatment plan for me. I felt very reassured throughout the entire laser treatment process. The experience was made even better by the cosy ambience and professional clinic staff - no hardselling here! Looking forward to my next appointment for Ultherapy and fillers.

I visited Dr Shane's clinic upon friends recommend action and i had a very good experience from the min I entered. Location is convenient and the clinic is very cozy with a relaxing atmosphere. Dr Shane is meticulous and very patient in explainining the procedure before treatment. As my treshold for pain is extremely low, he took time to slowly do the treatment to reduce any discomfort. He even personally followed up the next say to make sure all is good. The nurses are very sweet and friendly too! Will definitely be back again!

The Aesthetics Loft Clinic is professional in all aspects from Dr. Shane Tan to his team as well as the equipment and products they use which are first class. I have tried several aesthetics clinic (here and overseas) given how sensitive my skin is and I was most satisfied with the results from The Aesthetics Loft Clinic. Couple of highlights would be their: 1/ Meticulousness Dr. Shane is very meticulous. I came in with a very strong POV for my concerns - instead of jumping right to the treatments he listened to my concerns, asked further questions in order for him to give a clear diagnosis and solutions on what needs to be done. He even gave me an overview on the skin composition and how our skin reacts to certain activities which I really appreciate! Unlike other clinics I have tried, Dr. Shane also gave his POV on prioritization. He makes you feel he is there to help and not just do the treatments just because. Overall - I find consultation sessions and check ups with him very detailed which gives me more confidence on the results I would like to see. 2/ Strong follow through His team is amazing in following through. From administrative items like scheduling to regular check up on me - they are stellar. Dr. Shane stayed in touch to check on me post treatment and walked me through the journey as the treatment progressed and post treatment to seeing results. I feel a sense of trust and openness in communicating with him and his team and they are very responsive! 3/ Personal Care for Patients Lastly - Dr. Shane and his team made me feel at home - being in a foreign country, maintaining good relationships and staying in touch with your doctor and his team helped alot in my journey to better skin and self care. Dr. Shane gave me tips on skin care routine, and how I can maximize the results of my treatment which I followed - post circuit breaker when I came back we were all very happy with my progress! Felt like I was in this wellness journey with a cordial, caring yet ultra professional team - huge kudos!!

I trust Dr Shane with my skin. Since I started treatments with him two years ago, my skin has been in amazing condition. He provides a personalised experience and I feel like my concerns are understood and well-addressed. He is very meticulous and gentle, and the treatments are effective. I always look forward to my appointments at his clinic, especially now that he has his own clinic! The clinic is warm and cosy, and I love how it has been done up. Was recommended this clinic and am glad I chose to come here to treat my acne scars! my skin looks significantly better after just a few sessions with Dr Shane, who is very professional and meticulous. The service here is great too - the staff will follow up on your recovery after every procedure, and are pleasant to interact with whenever you come for your treatment. I've never been pressured to go for more procedures than necessary, and the pricing here is transparent. On the overall, I'm very impressed with their customer-centric service and with the results I've gotten since coming here. My skin looks way better than before!! :)

The BEST aesthetic doctor you will ever find. Dr Shane made excellent recommendations, explained everything clearly to me, and even demonstrated the laser on his own skin before my treatment to reassure me it would not be painful. He is extremely caring and prioritises my comfort. The results were incredible!! I was supposed to apply cream to the pigmentation spots he lasered. However after 1 week, I couldn't even find the spots to apply the cream on anymore! I have recommended him to friends and family, who have returned with raving reviews. The clinic environment is gorgeous too. 100 stars and 8 thumbs up

Dr Shane is probably the best aesthetic physician you will ever find. When he looks you in the face, the way that he looks at details is nothing short of mega meticulous. He told me places in my face that I never knew had issues. I just finished my session today and I am so satisfied that I'm writing this now. He will really look into perfecting your face. Dr. Shane is a consummate professional and an amazing doctor who's made such a difference by providing customized treatments to alleviate my skin issues. I booked a consultation based on the raving online reviews and quickly understood why he is so highly regarded. He is very talented, caring and straightforward, and truly loves what he does. He listens to your needs and effortlessly zeroes in on the best solutions. He and his staff always went over and beyond explaining and patiently answering questions whilst making you feel comfortable. On top of that the clinic is super clean, has a great ambience (and coffee), and the staff is very personable and efficient.
