G	George Kee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasting a sign saying if you test positive on any test then you cant queue and walk in. However i stood there for the next hour trying to call and no one picked up. Meanwhile the walk-in queue became super long. At least have a way to book appointment for swab tests without having to talk to a real person!!!

There was clearly a staff inside but even till 920am refused to open the door nor at least inform thequeue outside when we could expect to be attended to. Wasted 1 over hour and decided to go else where. If there is no doctor available, at least let the patients know earlier and we can go else where rather than wait for nothing.
E	Esther Siaw Ang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always come back to this clinic when our family members is not feeling well, especially my boy, even after I moved away from Kembangan, because of DR Chua, he is a professional + and bubbly attitude , he explained well to us , especially for those parents that paranoid (me). Thanks to him, he helps to explained to my mum (stubborn), so that my mum diabetes is under control.
A	Andy Chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad attitude of the front desk. I think I’m not the only one. I went to there around 2 pm. I could see the people inside. About 10 minutes later, a lady came to the door and clicked the glass door without saying anything. I felt like what’s wrong? Oh! there was a A4 paper stated that the doctor had emergency so no consultation for the afternoon. Very rude behavior. Did you think the announcement was big enough to see? And you could just say “excuse me. No doctor“. I didn’t expect you gave a cup of water with a big smile. Friendly and polite are the basic manners. BAD service.
Y	Yap Yeonghuan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not great. My son is down with flu, fever, sore throat (all covid ish symptoms) and was given a referral from our PD to have a swab done for him. We visited this clinic as it is one of the sash clinics recommended by our PD, with the understanding that having a referral letter will allow us to get tested without the need to join the queue, but nope, we had to wait outside the clinic for 45mins with 10 people in front of us. Isn’t that a good chance for covid to spread during the waiting period - if he is indeed positive? I’m not expecting to be attended to immediately, but we should have been able to get tested without joining the queue. Otherwise what’s the point of having a referral letter/process?? (On another note, Dr Chua is nice and cheery, prolly the only saving grace of this clinic)

The registration system got jumbled and my son and I waited outside in the sweltering heat for 2 hours. There were only 2 chairs outside but a long stream of patients. The saving grace is that Dr Chua is such a jovial physician and was very gentle with my boy. Wished they can improve on their admin and make seeing a doctor not just a chore but an experience.
