The physician didn’t diagnosis properly. I had to go to another tcm. His charges were on the high. With 10mins of consultation.

Professional & accurate treatment. I had a very bad strain at my left ankle that made my whole leg aching and couldn’t walk properly. The physician was able to “unlock” the strain on my ankle with the right “pull” and I immediately felt relieved. Thank you very much! Highly recommended.

I sprained my lower back and visited this TCM as it is open on Sun. The wait was long. The physician massaged my lower back and pressed one of my pressure points. Minutes later, I felt the pain was gone. The session was less than 15 mins and it costs $70. Although the physician seems knowledge, my pain was not cured or reduced. The pain came back and my lower back was aching terribly a few hours later that I couldn't do my daily activities. I had to go to another TCM the next day, which did massage, cupping, and acupunture for me.

The TCM Physician had really helped me a lot. I had 3 really bad stiff neck and 2 times ankle sprain but he really helped me relieve them especially the stiff neck. Although the ankle sprain relief did not last very long...(I guess is due to an old injury and could not be cured...) The TCM Physician was really very kind and effective with the right 'pulls' on my ankle it really helped relief them and the cupping method really help my stuff neck.(I had a lot of stiff necks before and this TCM clinic had really provided me the best fast and effective treatment.) Although the price is on a higher side but I guess is worth it if it really helps!

Very good Chinese physician. Strongly recommended. He managed to fix my friend's dislocate elbow in one visit. And he also fix my sprain ankle. Very well verse in body structure.

Wondering if he's giving a medical consultation or taunting for a fight with the patients? His actions proved that he's extremely unprofessional with no basic manners, simply rude. My parents as a patient went to his place for a medical consultation prior to a booking the same day. Firstly, he was late and made my parents waited for him outside the shop. After he came, my mum was the one who went in to the room for medical consultation. The real issue started here: So, as a professional doctor/physician aren't you suppose to give your advise to the patients regarding their current medical issues? Instead, he was shouting and scolding non-stop at my mum. Obviously my mum was shocked (like what did I even do to make you so angry?! confused.), but my mum calm as she thought that maybe the doctor/physician was having a bad day. After all the rude comments and scolding from the "professional doctor/physician", my mum came out of the room and shared her experience with my dad (so basically, my parents were discussing whether if my mum should continue to what he suggested my mum to do [acupuncture] on the day itself). So, while the discussion was going on between my parents, my mum allow the next patient who was waiting next in the queue to go ahead first to avoid any time wasted for everyone there. After the discussion, my mum decided to go ahead with the acupuncture that the doctor/physician suggested. So after the patient inside was done, the "professional doctor/physician" came out of his room and SHOUTED very loudly across in Chinese "怎样?!! 怎样?!! 怎样?!! 你们讨论到怎样?!" Basically in english it means "SO HOW?!! SO HOW?! SO HOW??! SO HOW IS YOUR DISCUSSION?!" This time, my dad was pissed and told him off. The way the doctor/physician acted was simply unacceptable, he acted as if my parents who was the one who provoked him. What will the patients outside think in their mind? Some patient may think that my parents did something wrong that is causing the doctor/physician to be this angry. Even how knowledgeable and well-educated you are, one should never treated their customer/patient in this manner. Like come on? How can some one be operating a business in this manner? He was shouting loudly as if my parents was asking for a fight, where my mum was just an innocent patient going in for a consultation. In the end, my dad asked for the bill with receipt and chose not to continue with this nonsense anymore. The doctor/physician asked for $80 for the bill without doing anything. He must have felt embarrassed while issuing the receipt as his hands was shaking.
