Rainbow is the best vacuum cleaner that my family and I had been using for years. Good for my children who suffer from asthma and we also have cats at home. Intend to upgrade, hope that admin can fix appt for me to see new Rainbow product

Beware of this company. Extremely pushy sales person who claim to offer ‘free cleaning’ but ended up spending hours hard selling at your house, and forcing you to buy & give numbers of your friends to them. Even after telling the sales person that I will consider, he go on and on and refuse to leave. I am kind enough to not call the police on him seriously. Selling their vacuum at $5k+ but hire Sim Lim Square type of promoters to work for them. Sell products at premium prices, but offer Low class service. Is like if you sell Mercedes, offer Mercedes selling experience and service please. Don’t expect people to buy a vacuum at Mercedes price from a ah Beng promoter, thank you very much. Product is average at best as well. Please DO NOT allow people selling rainbow vacuum into your door. Beware everyone!

I had a Dyson and thought that was a very good vacuum. However, once I tried the Rainbow, I was extremely happy with it and bought it immediately. It cleans so much better than my Dyson or any other vacuum I have. Using the Rainbow with everything going through a water filter has really helped the dust and my allergies. Don't have to worry about dust from the vacuum being blown everywhere. It has been plus to own it. No bags to buy--ever! I love how much dirt, sand and hair it gets out of my home. My favorite thing has to be the fact that it uses water as a filter, so the dust that get vacuumed up never goes back into my home. Rainbow Vacuums do a great job and great for people with asthma. Vacuum can also be used for air purifier. Vacuum also pulls carpet fibers up when cleaning leaving a soft carpet to walk on. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Been a rainbow user for almost 20 years......had very bad experience recently after the Salesperson came for free maintenance. We requested to have our Rainlife filters change and was quoted a price. When they came by yesterday, they do not have the tools to work with. They also do not even know how to change the filters and struggled with it. After messing up my kitchen with water, they just dump the used filters in the sink, collected the money and left. No receipt was given which really puzzled us most. Finally, spoke to these Salespersons' team manager and feedback on the incident......she promised to investigate and revert but disappeared after that, no reply even when I messaged her. Can Healthy Homes to speak to the CS Manager, Anthony but unable to get hold of him. Was told that he will return call, again......disappeared..........very disappointing service. Agreed the machine is good......they should put in effort on their customer service as we the customers spent thousands of dollars for these machines

Don’t waste your time! They promised “free service” to clean 3 items but hard sell their vacuum cleaner. Offered $4k for the machine and immediately dropped the price to $3k with extra “free” pots and pans (worth $2k! ~duh!). In the end they only cleaned 1 item, as I said “will think abt it”. The “free cleaning” of that 1 item took less than 3 mins but I had to waste 90 mins just to get the salesperson leave my house! I wish I could give zero or even minus star rating!

Ok this Rainbow is indeed a good brand. One of the most reliable brands ever. My mom used for 12 years and still working well. I decided to get my own for my place. Bought so many vacuums from cheap, mid-tier, dyson vacuum cleaners etc... but all cannot compare. Most broke down within 1 year + or so. Otherwise need to buy bags or wash containers which is seriously unhygienic. Fed up so i decided to get my own rainbow. Like it or not, the price IS and will always be expensive. I paid $3900 after some trade in, referral/discounts etc... Buy if you can afford, otherwise look elsewhere for other water vacuums. Also dont expect luxury boutique service lah, this brand doesnt scream high-end luxury to me. Reached out to them only when i decided to buy. So their hard-sell did not affect me much. If i were just being randomly pushed with this product i guess i will feel pressured and uncomfortable though. After sales is good and responsible, but depends on which sales rep you gotten. Was scheduled for servicing which they came to check the machine, and clean the parts for you with a steamer. Alongside some selling of other cleaning services or products such as the steamer itself. I did not feel pressure or hard-sell by the rep though. But she did say she came over with no pay, after 2 hours, which affected me quite a bit. Guys dont feel softened by this, think with your mind whether you actually need the products they are promoting!! Ppty, insurance agents all meet clients without pay as well right? P.S. realised some of their 5 star comments are by their own staffs. Lame and unethical but i guess all businesses does that to some degree.

Please don't buy Rainbow vacuum cleaner. - Pricey -> ~3.8 k $ - Bulky - Heavy - Suction is not that fantastic - Some parts are easy to break - Heavy maintenance - Expensive spare parts - Not flexible, difficult to maneuver in narrow places - Very noisy It's better to buy other brands.

Can anyone rell me if this Rainbow vacuum company is like a MLM company? When my service time is near, I have many individuals calling me for servicing! I m not interested n told one that to call me back after 2 months time. But still have other service/sales people calling me from Rainbow. Don't they have any communication in the company or there is a list of 'potential clients list passing around among these eager n hungry sales rep? I had afew bad experience from their salespersons before only come to keep selling n upgrade your vacuum. Making bad name for such a good product. Sad.
