Skip this place if you’re looking for a relaxing experience - unless you like fending off hard selling sales rep/masseuse. I unfortunately got a package with them and have to go back to get my money’s worth. But the hard selling just. never. stops. I’ve been for about 10 sessions and it’s like fighting a war with the sales rep each time. Price range - Overpriced. They did have a few good massage therapists but seems like most have left too. For a better (stress free due to nil hardselling, good massage techniques) massage experience, just head over to Paya Lebar Square (there are two massage places at L2 and B1 that I’d highly recommend).

Average massage place with super hard sell tactics, both from the masseuse and reception staff. My first massage was good but I was pushed to sign up for another 2 sessions even though I said repeatedly that I didn’t want a package. Fine. The second massage was terrible, so I gave this feedback. They still had the gall to ask if I wanted to buy more sessions. For my third (and supposedly last session) I was told that my body was in awful shape and I absolutely must do a machine only treatment and a normal hand massage wouldn’t help. To be fair the treatment was fine, but I had to pay separately for it. Today was my actual last session and I was hard sold so much that I agreed to get 5 more sessions. Luckily there was an issue charging my card and after cooling off for a few hours, I told them I didn’t want it anymore. Would give one star for the hard selling, but I’m adding another star because my masseuse was pretty good. If you want a stress-free massage or you’re bad at saying no, don’t go to this place. The very recent 5 star reviews also seem a little suspicious to me ?
