β β β β β Terrible, this place is never open. I came twice already,as I have purchased a voucher,yet they're never open! And no info as to when/if they are open at all-nowhere to be found (shop,FB,Google..no info at all!!!)

β β β β β I took the express gelish package. After doing the express gelish manicure twice, i was convinced that the products they use are low quality as the gel chips even before 2 weeks/14 days. The gel is also super thin unlike the previous salon I used to go to. I wanted to refund the package and just pay for the 2 services I used but they do not allow it. It's really bad and I would not recommend this place. It is cheap but you also get cheap quality results.

β β β β β Kitty at plq outlet was unhappy that i request for physical token to scan in. She took actions to irritate me :- 1. kept asking me how to file my nails over and over again. 2. The colours that i ask for, every colour is not available. Only the ones she recommend is available. She is mean on purpose, i keep my calm!

β β β β β I took a gel manicure express at this place, they donβt have much options on the gel color and the available colors are very upsetting. Also, the quality of the gel is really bad, my gel nail started to chipped off less than a week. I saw a lot of bad reviews but still wanna give a try as the price is reasonable. Overall, I would not recommend this place, doesnβt worth trying because of the bad quality and service.

β β β β β I visited the PLQ branch and was impressed by Ms Wenny's excellent service. Process of booking an appointment was easy and quick. Wenny was thoughful and meticulous, and provided great service. Realy enjoyed my experience doing my Pedicure. I will definitely be back again.

Upon my arrival at 1.25 pm for my reservation at 1.30 pm, I was told to wait until 2pm. During the session, I experienced pain and noticed that I had two fingers bleeding, and the manicurist did not apologise nor highlight it to me.
I sincerely request Kimiyo-G to look into this. It was a really unfortunate and unenjoyable experience for me. Would likely to go other outlets in future.

β β β β β Bebe and Yuki have been by far my favourite manicurist. Professional and dedicated. My nails are always in e prettiest state because of them.
Those we enjoy regular maintenence and good service to your nails yet not pushed into big packages, I think this is a nice place. ?
