HENG HENG PIG'S ORGAN, FISH SOUP.

Quite a generous amount of ingredients found within their Pig Organ Soup. Pig liver was not overly cooked, so it wasn't too hard and it retained the natural sweetness to it. Meatballs, lean meat, pork belly was pretty standard and normal, nothing fabulous or special to them. The soup was clear, well balanced sweetness and saltiness with peppery flavour added to the taste. Their homemade chilli was the sour-watery version, which complement the ingredients well. Overall damage was $4.50, which was quite reasonable, considering the amount of ingredients given. Not too bad, can give it a go when you are here.

Portion was generous and value for money. Fish soup is uniquely delicious with the same broth as the pig’s organ soup! Would definitely be back here!?

Agreed with most comments. Ingredients is alot and the chilly sauce is unique and homemade. A little spicy. Most disappointing is the meatballs. Looks like factory produced and extremely tasteless. Overall, price is cheaper than the famous competitor on the side of the HC. I noticed they have a good followings but I personally still prefer their competitor.

A lighter style broth. The mixed organs are in thinner slices which I would prefer otherwise. Each ingredients were well cooked, tender and flavorful. The chili is tangy and spicy which is a perfect accompaniment
