★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stall doesnt open frequently, but when it does, it serves good oyster omelettes, ranging from $4 to $8, the egg is delicious and the oysters do not have the fishy taste to it as well.
Dish in photo is $8, the chilli is well made as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top stall of the 2 stalls in circuit road. Definitely the better one in taste by far. Only open typically on wed to Saturdays. Super long wait due to long list of regulars. Be sure to try it before uncle retires.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is definitely one of my personal favorite of all times! I love the way how the oysters are cooked well done here, which allows the extraction of the oyster juice and blend into the omelette starch mix with fish sauce gave a harmonious note to it.
As the oysters are well done here so there is no fishiness from the oysters but the lovely sweetness of that cooked oyster having no worries of an "explosion of ocean" in the mouth.
In conclusion, this to me is a nostalgic taste of Singapore's rendition of Oyster Omelette and is my kind of comfort food.
Note: due to the way how this dish is done and it's rendition's origin, oysters like fine de claire, Gillardeau's or the oysters meant for raw consumption where the oysters are the stars are not suitable for this dish as it is the blend of oysters, fish sauce, oil and chili that make up the taste architecture and spectrum.
