Jen is AMAZING! She definitely pulled off a rich brunette for me and I was SO pleased! She knows exactly how to colour correct hair and give you highlights that blend perfectly together. I thought I needed to cut and re style my hair to frame my face, but she worked her magic just by giving me some highlights then finishing it with a gloss to blend the mess I made before with a red/brunette undertone! I’ve used Jen when I’ve wanted to be platinum blond, warm blond, pink and brunette!

Best salon I have ever been to! The salon is very clean with lovely staff. I have really curly hair and have so many bad experiences at numerous salons and have been charged more for the type of hair I have. This was completely different as I actually got complimented for my curls! I got my hair done by Alina, she was so lovely and gave me loads of great tips too on how to look after my hair! Amazing hair cut and they sell amazing products there as well. 100% recommend and I will only be going here from now on

Exquisite salon! Definitely my go to salon now in Singapore. Not only is the salon beautiful, but everyone in this salon is super friendly. Jen is simply the best! She got my platinum, pearly blonde hair colour on point in one appointment! I am just ecstatic with my gorgeous hair feeling like a whole new woman!

Hera is my new salon. I've been 6 times already and feel completely at home. I also love their products and how they make my hair feel great. My first visit was with Jen who introduced me to all the services. Since then she's given me a wonderful new rose gold look that blends perfectly with my natural colour! Jen is technically brilliant and made me feel at ease.

This salon is amazing! They were so friendly and knew what i wanted and made me a list of products to buy to maintain the health of my hair. They are so caring, you can trust them with your hair and believe me they get to the colour your after without your hair being damaged, i cannot recommend them enough. You will never regret it. Ive been to a few hair salons and never had a service like i did with Hera salon, i never felt so happy leaving the salon before because ive finally found the one that they know exactly what there doing and not just doing it for the sake of it. My first time at Hera and I had a delightful experience. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. I had my haircut done by the lovely Wends and couldn’t be happier. She really understood what I wanted and took into account my hair texture and what worked best for me and applied her expertise to obtain a desired result - many compliments. She gave me some great suggestions too to help maintain my hair and was so kind by providing me with a few samples with what she used. Very warm and friendly to talk to. I highly recommend her. I went to Hera Hair Beauty salon for the first time this weekend and will definitely be going back! The salon is so beautiful and I was made to feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I have curly hair and struggle to find hairdressers I can trust. Jane was amazing and talked me through everything she was doing and how to use different products and combs to get more volume. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and I'm so pleased with the cut. Thank you Jane!

I booked and went for my first appointment with Hera recently. Booking was easily done via their website. You can also choose the exact services you want and which hair stylist you want it done by. They will message you closer to the date to remind you of your appointment with them. I booked a curly hair cut and treatment with Jane. Jane was amazing! She's super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about curly hair. Jane made sure to ask what I wanted while giving some suggestions for my hair as well. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process while teaching me more about my hair and how to maintain and style it. The entire staff were super friendly as well! The salon itself was clean and spacious. While they did give recommendations to hair products, there wasn't any up selling. I would especially recommend those with curly hair to give Hera a try! Admittedly, the services are pricey, but I feel the great experience and end results make the occasional splurge here worth it. Feels great to visit a hair salon that embraces your curls.
