โ โ โ โ โ Their construction of Rochester Commons has caused so much disruption to the lives of people who stay at the adjacent condo - the Rochester Residences. As they are running late in their scheduled delivery timing for this project, they start construction as early as 5 am (waking up my dad who sleeps in the living room), continues construction till 2 am in the morning, and shines blinding lights into the units of the Rochester Residences. To top it off, they also continue construction on Sundays (is that even allowed?), causing a lot of noise from as early as 8 am on Sundays.
No amount of vouchers given from them will be able to compensate for the disruption and noise to our lives over the past 3 years.
