But today is too much, she took my $10 dollar note but accused me of paying her $5 and show me her attitude. My order was $6.3, and I asked for my change ,she refused to give me and keep insist I paid $5 only. Then she packed my food and look at me like I’m the wronged one. Forget about my $10, take it lah rude auntie, then I drop the food and decided not to come anymore.

The guy server is the worst by giving attitude when I was being nice asking if he is ready to do sales and he threw the ladle like I owe him? I don't think I am behaving like I'm entitled because I was simply asking when he will be ready to starting selling (shop opens at 2pm but not even ready to welcome customer at 2.10pm) This is unacceptable treating your customer like that. Goodbye Rochor bean curd. You don't deserve business with an attitude like that.

Grass jelly dessert definitely not their forte, they should drop that and focus on bettering their tau huay. The pastries we ordered, you tiao and red bean pancake, were a lot better.

I visited here three times but was always greeted with the rudest attitude one can imagine, giving me an impression that they don’t want any customers to come in the first place.

Beware of this shop - got my bean curd on 03 Apr 2022 today 9pm and this man (look like he didn’t sleep for days or he got punched on his eyes) not only has an extremely bad attitude (well known from most reviews here), but a cheater - over charged me intentionally. To the shop owner and customers- beware!! Please look at your cctv. Scammer and no wonder business is so bad. Will never go back again. U can take the money u have cheated- I gladly give it to you as good karma. For the person who have cheated many other customers- your karma will reach you soon! Take care and Bye bye ??

My advise to them: if you worry about customer making order and goes MIA, why not ask to pay upfront. The food are not cheap anyway. I’ll give a 0 or negative rate if I would.... PS: Been patronizing for years for late night comfort food. And this will be my last visit. Pathetic staff. 老字号？如果还不改善做生意的态度，我猜顾客也有其他的选择。

What I didn't like and regretted ordering was the red bean hum chim peng. Was thick and dry, the red bean was also not sweet and dry. I also loved the additional red bean topping on the beancurd.
