β β β β β I ordered the build your bo and it was horrendous. The soba was soggy and mushy and tasted like overcooked instant noodles. The dory was clearly frozen flavourless and overcooked. The portion was petite as well. The tzatziki was watery and tasteless. The fried eggplant was not fried at all, it seemed to be blanched for hour and although the flesh was disintegrating, the skin was tough and undercooked.The charred broccoli tasted raw and had no char. Not worth it at all!

β β β β β My partner and I have ordered from heybo 5 times and the food portions have gone from extremely generous to dismal over time. The flavours and options for toppings are good but there is no consistency for portion control. Not sure whether they weigh their food or it's purely dependent on who happens to scoop the ingredients on the day.

β β β β β Food is great and of consistent quality but 15% of the time items are wrong or missing ( which I paid extra for). No recourse / partial refund from food delivery platforms such as Deliveroo and no initiative to report if food is unavailable for instance.

β β β β β Decent quality bowls with a variety of ingredients. Nutritional content clearly stated online. My go-to favourite is the Shibuya Nights bowl with the very fragrant grilled mushrooms and avocado edamame dip.
Sunday Roast was slightly disappointing as the steak was dry and tough. Thereβs also the option to build your own bowl.

Lemon grass chicken marinated very well and the grilled mushroom is a must to try .
