★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is like ur friendly neighbourhood dim sum place, but i would say the food there is nothing fantastic ? but do go early tho if you want more variety cause i think we went there around 1030am and they alr sold out of quite afew of the items! The staff there was really nice tho!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bland Tim Sum place. Went there once to try as we always seen this place completely empty. Now we understand why. We ordered 4-5 dishes and the Xiao Mai, the century egg porridge are tasteless. We understand why it is always empty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ban mian $4. Portion was pathetic and below average taste. Stingy with the meat and ikan bilis. Extremely disappointing. Requested for egg not to be cooked. Request completely ignored.
Fan choy was bland, not a lot of meat. Would not order again.
First and last time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is above average and is priced affordably. The glutinous rice (chicken) is surprisingly not bad and has a lot of chicken meat though this can be further improved with good chillies and chilly oil.
The char sio chee cheong fun is ok, and the vegetarian chee cheong fun is actually quite good. I actually tried to mix the sweet sauce and soy sauce - turned out to be a positive surprise.
