Was shocked to find out to have bought an expired product from here. Fortunately, I saw the Manufactured and expired date before I fed it to my son.
What's more worse is the way I was treated when I went to return it. I was directed to the cashier.
When I went to the cashier (again after standing in a que) with the issue he was super rude and put our box away and asked other guy to deal with it.
DUHHH....
I had spent 20min driving to this store to just return it. and this is the attitude I had to deal with it.
He could have at least smiled and greeted or say something apologetic in a nice way.
I did not want to create a scene in front of my 2 year old son so I had to just grab the new pack and go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I had ever had purchasing groceries. Cashier wasn’t doing his job properly and was talking to his colleague. Ended up scanning the item and the item was paid for but did not pack it together with rest of the groceries. Called the number to seek an enquiry but no staff picked up. Definitely not recommended to get your groceries from this branch.

Bad experience as the food come in very disorderly. Miss out the food for my kids and say they still preparing (we nearly eat finished and already over last order). Vegetable also miss out.
Think they rush out the food for kids and we cancel the vegetable as we already finished our food.
Manager quite good as handling our displeased.
Miss out our waffle time due to the delay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to make unusual finds for fruits and teas and confectionery here. I liked the cleanliness and variety they offer. Roast chicken is at affordable $6.90 staff are friendly its an overall pleasant grocery shopping experience within a medium sized store where you can find nearly all essentials plus variations including plants and fresh flowers.
