Convenient to browse the website on mobile phone and placing an order was fast too. Opt for delivery which is an additional charge but it helps not doing anything on the day of the event so I can tend to other matters. Delivery team was efficient and the bouncy castle was really clean which is great. Will return to Hip Hip Hooray for future parties.

Engaged Hip Hip Hooray for 3 hours of candy floss and a bouncy castle for our private party and it went so well, we are so glad we went ahead with them. Thank you Eileen for suggesting the bouncy castle to keep the kids entertained, helped them ease off the sugar rush too! We got the Mega Double Slide and it so fun, even I had a go on them. The delivery man that came to set up the bouncy castle was so efficient and fast, came and left within 10 mins, impressed! Highly recommend Hip Hip Hooray.

Helped a friend organized a proposal which was a very last minute decision. My mummy-friend shared with me Hip Hip Hooray contacts for balloons. Initially I was a little skeptical because they are a kids party rental company but they do balloons on the side. Randomly called them and was impressed with their efficiency. Ended up getting 50 balloons and a giant foil ring delivered to the house the following day. Great experience dealing with them, everything was seamless and the prices are affordable too. Thank you!

The kids loved the bouncy castle and colourful ball pit. The toy cars were also a big hit at my son's birthday party. I arranged a Children's Party as a representative for my company event. Due to changes in the budgeting, I had to constantly change and update my booking arrangements. Hip Hip Hooray kept up with every requests and ensure that my orders are met each time. The delivery and set-up was very smooth and efficient. Due to the company building's tight security, transportation is a bit tricky and complicated. But the set-up was done quickly and we were ready by the time the first family arrived! There are a lot of products available at Hip Hip Hooray. When my order had to be changed, I was still able to find the products that meet my needs for the party, from a smaller bouncy castle to a larger one with a secure slide. (Personally, as a "big kid", I love the Jumbo ball pit!) All in all, it was a great party with a lot of happy children and I would like to thank Alvin and his team for making it possible!
