Just left this amazing barber. One word, speechless!! The details of their service from start to finish was amazing!! I will come back again, i did the face massage and the cut. My face felt great! Only mistake i did is i never asked for her name card, but i do remember her face, will come again

This is my first time visiting Hiro Ginza Premium Barber Singapore, had an amazing experience in the private room with relaxing ambience. The service from all staffs is personal and excellent! Highly recommended if you are looking to freshen up and pamper yourself for facial shaving, haircut and shoulders massage!

Had a great experience @Hiroginza Premium Barber. I went for the premium package which I was initially apprehensive of for the price but I can say it was completely worth it. I left with a great hair cut and close shave along with feeling incredibly refreshed and relaxed. I will be definitely going back

Had a nice experience @Hiroginza, quiet and comfortable room, high quality services. I was relaxed and refreshed. It was good for me to talk with a staff in Japanese because I'm from Japan and new to Singapore. One point that I was a bit disappointed is that staffs had to attend reception at the same time while they are shaving my face. I had to wait until reception is done.

This is my first time visiting Hiroginza. The experience was extra ordinary. The service level is so high that I may not go back to my old barbershop. Private room and hair cut was very relaxing. If you are looking to pamper yourself. You must go try this. Thank you everyone for giving me such a nice experience!

First time visiting here, was served by Eri and Kartii, both of them are friendly and nice to talk to, service is extremely good, you might say for the price we paid it is expected but I believe it is still an effort to be nice and friendly to all your customers. Did the men's premium cut course, first step is haircut by Eri, she will ask what style you prefer (using any hair products, how you set your hair, how you prefer your hair thickness etc.) before starting, then come facial masage, eyebrow trim, and shaving, you will be able to choose from a few flavours for the mist, it's like a constant stream of warm flavoured air blowing on your face if that make sense and somehow it helps with the shave burn, then come hot towel and cold towel after the shave, you literally won't feel any sting from the shave burn after those. Then comes hair wash, you'll even get to choose the type of shampoo (cooling or not cooling), then they end with shoulder massage, a drink, and blow dry, and all that done in a private room with no other customer. Eri even took photo of the haircut at the end and mentioned that if you prefer it to be done differently next time, you can tell her and she will be able to refer the photos she took and adjust accordingly from there. I literally can't think of anything else that can be done better. Highly recommended to try.
