W	Wai Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their steamboat is using traditional claypot and charcoal. The collagen chicken soup base is very good. The variety of meat and vege for the buffet is decent. The only down side is the table and chairs are not really comfortable (they are unique and trendy though). Also as the pot is using charcoal and is on the table, you literally need to stand up and cook the food. It’s also very hot/warm too..

The Mala flavour is so intensely good, that the meat i dip is fragrant and I don't even need the sauce.their Mala soup base is so well matched with radish, that the radish fully soaked in the soup and it is so so good. The meat, beef and pork, are fresh......tried the lobster ball, not so well made though, can try to improve on that.

Now, it be hotpot with gas. Then, the menu is less compare last time. Understand might need save cost. Hope can improve in the future especially those food hygiene. Lastly, the taste is still same. Keep it up ??

The only downside is the size of the scallops, nevertheless, had an enjoyable buffet. Take note that there is a time limit of 90 minutes and food + condiments cannot be self serviced and would need to be served to you at stations

But today was my second time visiting here however on a weekday so it was easy to get seats. I really loved their signature fish maw collagen soup and enjoyed their fatty beef a lot. Recommend coming by here for affordable and good hot pot. Staff were friendly and efficient too.
