Duno what kind of swab test kit they're using. It takes more than 30 mins for them to see the result. Reason is must see the line properly. What kind of art kit are you using? What line are you talking abt? Skip 2 number before us.

the person at the counter was super rude and impatient. 5/2/2022 at 11:35am. her tone of voice was super loud and rude and later tell me they don't take fever patients anymore. super bad experience with her and this clinic.

The nurses are rude and impatient! And I am talking about when there ain’t even a crowd there. Wait an hour after consultation just to collect medication! Makes one even more sick after visiting them. Dr. Ho is nice but I can’t say the same for the male doctor.

Apparently, the receptionist mistakenly identified my mom as a maid when she came here today. According to my mother, her body language and the way the receptionist spoke were very curt. I agree with my mom based on the reviews. Regardless of race or nationality, I believe every patient/customer should be treated with respect.

Went down with My sister today 23.02.22. I hope my write in matters. Due to the overwhelming bad remarks I read through here. I assume we are all talking about the same nurse,Melissa. My sistee asked her for the name to make sure that I got the right one mentioned here. It is so inappropriate and impolite for her to have shouted and raised her voice at other patient and as as me and my sister. The way how she assist us are so unprofessional either. Yes we may not know where's the Queueing line, she can choose to talk to me in a calm way and show us the proper direction of where to Q instead. If she is lacking of assistance and training thats3not provided for her on how to do customer service line. I hope that the doctors could atleast send her to a course or train her to be more polite and teach her some basic manners on how to talk to people. It is sad to have such lowlife people to work in the place where we should be friendly to cater all needs of the patients. We are not even giving her any hard time and what is fair for us to have experience this ? I hope there's somethings been done for an improvement. Thank you

i called them up to ask if i need an appointment and i was told to just come down anyways. i arrived at the clinic to see that the entrance is crowded and there was so many people that there is no space for everyone to sit down, some had to queue until 7/11. i went to register at the counter and i mentioned that i was the one who gave the call earlier and instead i was met with a rude response asking me why i want to see the doctor. i told her my condition and she announced it loudly and a lot of people heard. i think its very unprofessional of the nurse to do this as each patient has the right to keep their condition private. that is not the only time either, she loudly mentioned to a woman about her condition outisde the clinic in front of everyone. two patients in front of me looked at each other with "that" look of "what??". the docot however was really nice and i think shes sweet.

Experience with Dr Ho was very positive, she went through great explanation to explain my situation. The receptionist (plump and wearing spec) however was extremely crude and just kept asking Covid patients to wait. Ended up waited for 3 hours. Will avoid this clinic as much as possible in the future.

The nurse in specific Malissa is very rude and impatient. The first time I came to enquire of my booster shot, her respond was β€œIf you haven’t make a booking online you don’t walk in” In a harsh tone. Secondly I came in to visit the doctor , I heard she shouted at one old woman to not sit near to the seats that I’m unsure of the reason. We were not informed about where to Q and she shouted at both me and my brother to Q at the appointed line. I mean she can talk to us nicely. If she doesn’t know how to handle pressure and talk to the patients politely or serve us with respect. I don’t think that she’s fit to be working under customer service line. I’m surprised that the clinic have such a Low rate of service and yet this one day lady just being rude to us. Please educate her some manners and if training on how to serve the patients are not provided, please assist her with it. It may not look good and it’s not a good impression at all for the clinic. Thank You
