Originally my neice help me booked online for my sinopharm vaccine jab on 1st Nov, She had her vaccine jab today 13th Oct.She shared with me how the services provided was excellent the moment she step into the Bedok branch.From friendly receptionists to the nurse that injected her.After hearing all this I reschedule my appt to earlier date on the 21th Oct instead. This I did the online booking myself. In less than 10mins, I received a very sweet pleasant voice ,first telling me she's calling from Northeast Clinic and asked for me. Yes told her I was the person she looking for. She then I asked me did I change my 1st Nov appt to the 21st Oct very politely. I told her Yes I did.After much much earlier reading those unpleasant reviews about Northeast, which I was abit sceptical about them. Now I have no doubt about theirs service. Looking forward to go have my vaccine jab next week.:) Mdm Yeo

I agree with the other review on the weekend doctor. Don't bother coming weekends. Doc is dismissive, keeps cutting me off halfway when i'm trying to explain symptoms. End up prescribe same meds that I've been taking that have not been working.

Took swab test at 11am, it's 12.25pm now and yet to see the doctor. Seems to be a norm here with only 1 doctor attending and queue number moving very very slowly. Will be the first and last time visiting.

I had taken my 3rd dose on 7th Feb 2022 and now is already 12 April more than 2 months had passed. I still haven't gotten my refund from the clinic for the vaccination. The phone is forever not pick up. Not recommended to go. If not their staff Shirly is dam rude and gave me all shorts excuses.

My fav Drs Amy, Jack & Lim- I have been patronizing them since I was a teenager. Dr Jack was the first doc I encountered 20+ years ago and back then the clinic was open until midnight! Still rem his encouraging words and he helped me to tide over the dark period for several years. Dr Amy, too for her empathy, when she waived off the consultation charge once as I did not take any medicine. Many times, they showed me what’s humanity all about and I m really touched by their kind gestures. Although I have moved away now, I still come back now and then. Thank you all so much. P.s: is Lim still with the clinic?

Went to this clinic on 5th Feb 2022. Entire process such as first time registration, consultation, and collection of medication was smooth despite it was quite crowded. However, the staff was not able to verify my company medical card and since the clinic was closing. I was asked to make payment for my visit. I went back and lodge a query to my company HR to check if the clinic was still part of their approved panels. Fast forward to today, my HR replied after checking with this clinic that I only showed them my CHAS card instead of my company medical card. Hence, not able to claim the visit. Since the staff on that day are not able to verify my company card and request that I need to make a payment. They just conventionally told my HR I just showed my CHAS card at the clinic instead of them telling my HR as well that their staff are not able to verify my company and asking me to pay on that day.

We were a family of 4 people who had gone there on the 22nd Feb to do our ART test as we needed the results for travel for our flight at 8.30pm that night. Before we went there, I had called days ago asking about the test n the receptionist had told me that it'll take around half an hour after the test to get the result and ok to go on the same day. We were there before 2pm but there was already a Q of about 6 people in front of us. We waited for quite a while and the door never opened. A guy came out from the clinic told us that they were still clearing people from the morning batch n told us to go if we can't wait. The lady in front of us was there to do her ART test for travel as well. She had gone in the morning but told to come back in the afternoon but now with all the people, she also had to wait. We gave up waiting around 3pm as they have not even admitted any one from the Q. Honestly, I have never come across a clinic like this in my life. Worst experience ever!

Waited almost 1 hour then it's my turn, doctor examination was alright. What was annoying when it's my turn to be called for swab test was being told that I have to pay for it despite telling them I am under company and there isn't any co-payments to be made, which previous visit also no payments were made. Forget it, when doing the swab the assistant nurse not sure what's her name was just so rude any how poke seeing o was in teared and and sneezing, there wasn't any assistance at all. Result was out after that, I was told that my visit for today can't be claimed under company and the same nurse who did my swab saying that 'how can claim, there's nothing to be claim " telling this to the registration girl and the registration staff wasnt very sure as well. The thing is previously for my visit there isn't any Co payment to be made and now suddenly there is. And therefore now I have to check with my company HR with all the unnecessary documents and also more time just because the staffs claims there's need to be payment. Is this how NEMG educate their staffs to be so rude and treats their patients?
