Had registered for the ART course for the 1st of July but did not receive the Zoom link despite having 2 tickets confirmed by Eventbrite. Logging onto Eventbrite showed that the event was live but emails to the organizer were only replied to after the event. Corresponding email said to re-register for a course date from 6 July onwards which we did so. Received an email with the Zoom link on Sunday 4th July @1630hrs confirming our attendance for the course on 5th July. Despite doing our best to arrange for our employees to attend the courses and trying to keep up with government mandated guidelines, HMI is trying their best to put a damper all these plans.

Got 2 tickets to a Supervisory Swab course. Its 46 mins past start time. But still haven't received any email for Zoom call. Called their office number many times. No answer.

Thanks to Ms Germaine, Leon and the HMI team. Through their assistance and support, we have trained more than 15 staff ready to undertake the role of ART Supervisor. We are ready! :-)

A 2 star rating for the organisation because 90% of the equipments/apparatus are faulty. Taken in too many classes/students when the premises cannot accommodate. Even the pantry is used as a classroom, water dispenser not assessable. Students feedback to management and the excuses they gave was cannot bring out the dispenser as they need to do re-piping, they don't even consider renting a portable dispenser for students use. Only interested in their profit gain. No students welfare. When students have queries and seek management help, we'll need to wait till they are available to attend to us, sometimes they even took a long time to get back to us/overlooked. They are not organised and not efficient as well. No proper SOPs and not clear in communication and instructions. Very obvious the institute is overcrowded with taking in too many students/classes. Where is the so called social distancing i wonder. As for the Trainers, they are there to teach us the needed skills and I do really enjoyed my learning experience but was quite upset nearing the end of the course, before going for my 2nd attachment for HCA in hospital setting, the one that assigned our attachment (she is not in Singapore, working from her homeland in Myanmar) doesn't take our concerns into consideration. I don't understand what's the point of raising my concerns to her when she don't even gave it a thought? Give her the benefit of doubt, she overlooked... ya ..ya... My overall experience in this new learning journey was great but not the Operations team who runs the organisation.

messy timetable arrangements, coordinators not very responsive via email and rude at times over the phone or face to face with having the "I cant be bothered attitude" . Been calling the mainline for the past two days but to no avail. utterly disappointed with the overall. SGUS should look into it.

Emailed, asked about a course and they asked me to text someone instead. Texted someone and told him/her to get back to me when they are free but did not. Its been more than a week but I saw the last seen was recent.. Emailed them again but no response. Opt for other companies if you need to. Not here. Never again. If you guys are overwhelmed with enquiries at least give a heads up. Waste of people's time.

I have wrote to them emailed them many times ib regards to applying for swabbing course and supervisor course, art course also no reply only give courses for hpb company what about rest of us singaporean individuals who wish to find better jobs hmi when are you going back to doing business as usual?????

Wasted our work hours, to sign up for a compulsory training event, which did not take place. They are appointed by the ministry to conduct training for a huge group of people from the F&B sector, but simply cannot deliver. & guess they are somewhere in outer space too, haven't heard from them at all/before, won't pick up calls/or respond to any form of contact. Zero stars
