โ โ โ โ โ I rent a junior master room with private toilet for 3 months. However, when I moved in on Friday afternoon, the assigned room was occupied and the community manager gave me another regular room with shared bathroom instead. Then I clarified with the sales manager about it as I did pay the extra money for a private bathroom. She said there was an error on their system and she would coordinate to give me a similar room on a different floor. So I waited until Sunday to move in the new room, but it has a mold smell. The private bathroom was even worse as it's still in used without cleaning. There is a really stinked smell inside, but I was told someone would clean it on Monday. It's really unacceptable because it was still not clean on the other day, while the private bathroom is still being shared to use with poor hygiene. I would not recommend to rent with Hmlet due to the unprofessional services.
