Homey Coliving @ The Sail - 2 Marina Blvd

I had great time stayed in the sail with homey sharing place with another 3 person . They were good neighbours and now they are my new friends . I felt like home very comfortable and clean. They do weekly cleaning once in a week and everything is very organised. I got the deposit returned almost immediately after I left the place . Definitely I will stay again when I come back to Singapore.

Homey Co-Living masquerades as a reliable and friendly housing service for students and professionals in Singapore. I found it anything BUT reliable and friendly. They pretty much guaranteed a rental contract for 3 months via a current resident X (name anonymized because he was the only nice person in this whole ordeal) who was acting as mediator since he/his roommate were moving out before their lease was up. I sent them my passport, ICA, etc, on a Friday (holiday in Singapore) and was told I should have the contract in my inbox the next day, or latest by Monday. When no contract arrived on Monday, I reached out to them, had a brief and fairly pleasant call with "Ray" who wasn't aware of this other arrangement at all (because their internal communication is fantastic, obviously). Current resident X, who was really helpful and nice said he'd look into it and called the head, "Jessy", several times to no avail. Meanwhile, I figured it would be good to have backup options, so I sent a few links to Ray asking when he could organize a viewing, but each time the reply came a day later, "sorry, already sold out, how about this?" - this happened THREE times. I began to wonder why Ray wouldn't respond right away, why X hadn't heard from Jessy, and where this phantom contract was. Finally, X made a whatsapp group with Jessy, Jessy added Ray, and proceeded to inform me, "Sudar," that sorry but the contract would go to a "medical doctor from USA." "Sorry Sudar," said Jessy, IF this American medical doctor's payment doesn't come through, she would let me know. Her promise of "I will help you directly," included no links, no viewings, NOTHING. I had heard about this kind of real-estate racism (does the phrase exist or did I just coin it?) and how finding housing in Singapore was a hustle, but this experience confirmed that ultimately, to people who work at Homey Co-Living, you are defined by your nationality and race. I'm sure they have a few tokenized brown/black people with "weak passports" who have made it into their apartments, but if you fall into either category, you're better off going with Casa Mia Coliving or some other company that knows how to behave in a professional and courteous manner. Oh, and it's sad the bar is so low, but I was pleasantly surprised when Casa Mia addressed me by my name instead of some butchered quick and convenient version!

I fully recommend Homey Coliving as an agency. They are fast, trustworthy and friendly. The flats are exactly as shown in the pictures on their website. Jessy is a particularly great agent!

It has been a great co-living experience for me in The Sail under Homey. Special shout-out to Jessy and Daniel who have been wonderful in creating a conducive and fuss-free environment. Their responsiveness and problem solving abilities have been exemplary throughout my stay. If you are looking for a comfortable co-living experience with great service from the start to the end of your stay, I would highly recommend reaching out to Jessy and Daniel.

Ray has been such a great help..The units are clean and very well maintained. I really liked the culture of help which these folks demonstrated throughout my stay. Any little problem, gets fixed in time and they have always been responsive. Thank you and I highly recommend this place.

5 Star for the way this unit has been set up. I personally am a minimalist, an enthusiast of neat and tidy, and the interior of this condo is very pleasing to me. Aside from that, the cleanliness, organization and dedicated spaces for each tenant in all common spaces and areas including Fridge, Shoe Rack and Cupboards is admirable. Homey has set the right expectations and respect among all tenants from Day 1, they are also quick in attending and taking actions to their tenants’ concerns. The Privacy and Comfort of each tenant is their top priority. As for the location, where else would you stay if not in Country’s Central Area. The proximity of The Sail to very well known hot spots like Marina Bay Sands and to my work location is SUPERB convenient. The building security and facilities are also top of the line, with more than 3 swimming pools and other fitness facilities promoting health and wellness. Homey Coliving at The Sail is highly recommended, I honestly can’t imagine myself staying some place else!?

Homey is a highly recommended go-to place for a fuss-free and homey (indeed) co-living experience. Jessy and Daniel are super attentive and responsive to your needs. They put in their best and do make your living experience a comfortable one, and the place is always clean and tidy. I also appreciate that they helped facilitate joyful co-living with other tenants where I forged new bonds. The location of the Sail is also highly attractive. For expats and locals alike, I'd highly recommend you try out a stay with Homey :)

I stayed in a Homey apartment in the Sail in 2020/2021 and it was excellent. The apartment was perfect; always clean, everything modern. Any little issues were always fixed really quickly by Daniel and the team. Jessy is awesome and extremely helpful - had zero issues during my time here and they were fair and reasonable about everything. If I’m in Singapore again; I’ll be staying in a Homey apartment.
