โ โ โ โ โ Service wise, aunties were generally nice and helpful. However, this is not customer service, this is a clinic, a place you come to get better. Went to this place for treatment, and after doing simple cupping without acupuncture nor identifying the muscle with the problem, they charge me over 50 dollars. What? I am a student no less and as an athlete, money is not an issue, however do what you are supposed to: provide suitable and good treatment. Learnt of the proper procedures only after going to another chinese physician and exactly what was wrong with my tendon. Disappointed and would not recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ Sprained my back and was recommended to come here. The queue hits 8 people just 10 minutes after its afternoon opening at 2pm on a Monday. They have 2 doctors to attend to patients at the same time, so it's still quite efficient.

โ โ โ โ โ I visited this TCM for different ailments ranging from shoulder aches, backaches and leg sprains.
Generally I find they are better with treating backaches with their cupping treatment. I do get relief from the pain and aches for a longer period ie. several months.
Where sprains or misalignment on the legs are concerned, their treatment helps with symptoms but not the root issues. The initial soreness are gone but give it some time estimated 3-4 weeks later, the symptoms of pain/aches will recur again.
BTW, I am in my mid-40s.
On the contrary, my teenage son (an athlete) who came here for back treatment does get his back sprains treated with recovery.
Price-wise, it's pretty steep considering that the issues do not solve root causes, the bill is always $63 - $85 per visit even for subsequent follow up checks without any treatment.

โ โ โ โ โ Had a knee injury relapse, previously went to another sinseh, but the injury came back after recovery. This round it hit again and I can barely walk, came here for 2 to 3 treatments and my knee recovered fully and didn't relapse.

โ โ โ โ โ Bewarn, there's only one doctor here that's really have the experience and knows what he is doing. This doctor is Dr ho, himself. There's other doctors, who for one,an english speaking doctor, does not know what he is doing. Please, please don't see him. He can't even do a simple cupping, end up, my daughter has a huge blue black where he put the plastic cup.. Price wise, this place is expensive. Dr ho, will request for x ray for normal sprain nowadays , x ray about $50. Plus dr ho's fees about $60.Please call to make sure Dr ho is in before coming...

My recent treatment was for a sprained Big Toe and slight sprained ankle...
Bill sum up to be $75.
Consultation $15, Treatment $40 & Medicine $20 (1 bottle + 1 pack of pills). As for the treatment, Dr did a cupping at 1 area, adjust my ankle and rub abit on my toe... end up wrapping..
The bright side of it was there were more than 1 Dr inside the room. Despite the crowd, I managed to see the Dr after waited for 1hr +. Queue No on display is 14.. mine was 27.
Overall process was ok.

โ โ โ โ โ Iโm not sure why there are so many bad reviews of the place. I have been visiting this place for many years since I was young. Always came when I have ankle sprains etc. Recently my bunion was acting up, and came for acupuncture. Dr Lee served me. He is English-speaking and is very friendly. Explained to me the possible root cause and gave me some suggestion stretching exercises to do at home. He even helped me to take photos hahaha. Also gave practical advice etc. I didnโt take oral meds for instead of $60 I paid $40. I find it reasonably-priced.
Due to covid probably, the queue is short. As for the reception lady, if youโre polite to them, they will be too. Communication is a two-way street.

โ โ โ โ โ I sprain my leg 1 mth ago. 2 week After 3rd visit, the slight swelling came back. Treatment was very fast... wrap.. prescribe medicne and out you go. Didnt think the ankle was properly treated. The wrapping is only a temporary relief. Fees for 3 visit with medication $75, $115, $115.
