Clinic opens at 2pm, doctor came at 2.50pm. Does check up for just abt 1 mins and then prescribes antibiotics.. No doctor prescribes antibiotics for mild flu. Poor experience.

Very caring and helpful doctors. Reasonable charges and a small, cosy bust efficient clinic. Usually a longish queue as it is popular with residents.

Quite experienced doctor - down to earth and thorough professional accompanied with equally competent support staff which is reflected in long queues during its consulting hours. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Visited yesterday 25 March 22. I don’t usually write negative reviews but my experience with this clinic was so bad that I want to share my experience. I haven’t seen a doctor in past 4 years so idk if the standards have deteriorated to this extent.. 11am: called clinic to check if I can visit as I have ingrown toenail issue & also prolonged cough after recovered from CoVid. Would like to get specialist referral for my cough. Recep told me to come at 2pm as they taking lunch break. 2pm: called to check if doctor is in - recep ask me call again at 2.30 as doctor not in ??‍♀️ 2.30pm: called again, doctor still not in. But I thought doctor should be in soon, so took bus down from my residence and reached at 3pm. 3pm: Registered at recep. It’s an aunty who was very impatient and curt. Told me to write down my contact number and state my reason for visiting. I said COUGH & ingrown toenail but she only selectively wrote down COUGH and immediately chased me to wait OUTSIDE the clinic as if I were a plague. It was so humid outside and the doctor only came out to “chat” casually with me at 3.40pm about my cough. I told him I would like a referral letter to see specialist as it’s PROLONGED cough - might need chest X-Ray or something. Then the doctor brushed me off to say NO NEED see specialist, they have in-house X-Ray and tell me to wait whilst he walked off… … It was approx at 3.45pm that the recep called me and dispensed me normal cough syrup and when I asked her what about my chest X-Ray?! She couldn’t answer and the doctor told me X-Ray not done at their clinic, ask me travel to Tampines St 11 the X-Ray clinic for my chest X-Ray. And that clinic closes at 5pm ??‍♀️ Then I asked how about my ingrown toenail issue because my toe is throbbing from it??!! I haven’t even get to CONSULT the GP here?!! The aunty had the nerves to ask me to take my X-Ray first then come back see doctor. Is this how you treat a patient feeling unwell by making them travel here and there and brushing off their concerns?!! This is totally unprofessional and uncalled for. Also, it rained heavily out of the sudden when I traveled to the X-Ray clinic at 4.10pm (was only 6 min walk away from bus stop when it poured, so near yet so far). So I decided to call it a day and took a Grab home without even getting my ingrown toenail resolved and getting my chest X-Ray. Totally useless and frustrating visit.

Is zero star review. Very bad experience. My boy had a cut at the chin and need a stitch. I walked in and ask, can do stitching? Answer is yes. Next, Doc came out, checked and said go KKH, said they have some glue that can seal back. Next, he ask if I need a memo, I thought is free, so why not. Before paying, I ask if can do stitches here or not? He said go KKH, avoiding answering my question. In the end, I have to pay $28 for nothing. At KKH, they all puzzled and said still have to stitch. End up wasting my time and paying both sides.
