Type punctured in ecp. Bike rental shop in ecp and another at marine parade don't provide such fix. Went all the way here to fix it. Uncle may seem to be grumpy. But he is actually a nice fellow.

Seems like a good guy, but not for a performance or mountain bike. I paid $60 for a brake check and tire filling. Brakes are squeaking and tire is flat. Probably a good shop for those that just have a regular bike.

Went there to get the punctured tyre repaired for self and my daughters bicycle. Uncle opens up the tyres and without checking the condition throws the tube away and gets a new tube. Says he has no time for patch work. Take your cycle away if you don't want. Was about to put a 26' inch tube in the 27' inch tyre. And Guess what both big and small kids cycle tube comes at 12$ each. Anything to touch on the cycle is flat 3$!!!. Aunty seems to be nice but Uncle calls the shots:( Go only if desperate and clarify before he touches the cycle.

No frills bicycle shop in the neighbourhood! The auntie is very friendly and helpful. Uncle is straightforward and knows his stuff. Got my tires and chain replaced here. Service was quick and pretty good. Also managed to find the retro Flying Pigeon China bicycle here! They also sell bicycle accessories here as well.

Beware of this shop! Unreasonable prices! Second hand bikes are of low quality. The Uncle told us that it is very high quality but that is an absolute lie! Bought a 200 dollar second hand bike from him and it spoilt in 2 months! The metal alloy on the back tire broke!

I went to this shop to repair a flat tyre. Uncle who looked a bit grumpy, probably from the Merdeka generation, had one look at the bike and without a word, proceeded to remove the wheels. As he was removing the inner tubing, I realized that he was only working with 1 hand. I enquired and found that he had recently crushed his left hand in an industrial accident. It was still swollen although recovering. I offered help but he refused and I watched helplessly. Although only using one hand, he managed to change the inner tube in 10 mins. Amazing! I chatted with Uncle. He has been doing this for forty years but is unable to keep up with the competition and expensive modern bicycles. Similar to other businesses in Singapore, he faces issues such as manpower and high rentals. At least he is trying his best to catch up with the rest of the competition, although I think it will be tough for him. He is one of the last of these old school type bicycle shops. Life is indeed hard. At least he accepted my offer to pump up the tires. Didn't know it was so tiring using an old school pump. I paid $13 for the tube and labour (hard).

Got my bike chain fixed. Uncle was so sincerely hard working kind of person. When I went there his left hand was swollen and he works with right hand and his leg. Bless him!
