★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, and kind and highly knowledgeable staff. I brought my bike that shipped from the US for a quick check up. It took less than an hour, and was great. He even fixed a problem with my gear shifting (something was wired incorrectly so that not all gears were working).Before the bike shipped I went through a head to toe check up in the US and they did not find this issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner Chris and wife Esther have been very patient and friendly...we took a longer time to think and decide a bike for our niece but there was no sense of urgency to push for a sale.
I love the nostalgic feel of community like talking to them like old neighbours and people dropping by for repair and regular customers coming back .... trusting them with their advice and recommendation. Reasonable price and great after sale service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this shop ever since 1987 and Chris is like an old friend. This is a second generation shop and it's very difficult to find an old school shop anymore. The prices are fair. Don't expect to find brand names, not ever since my BMX hey days. But you can find quick and honest service from Chris. He is attentive to your needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I often see this place whenever I pass by and after I checked Google the reviews were positive so I decided to send my bike for a minor tune up after almost 5 years.
The owner was friendly and very humble, easy to speak to. After checking my bike recommended a few replacements as it was completely worn out. I loved his service and advise. He does not do hard sell and gave multiple options with different price points with the pros and cons.
He also advised against replacing those parts that are well used due to wear and tear but still in good condition saving me $$$.
I am impressed that he also cleaned my chains as a bonus service.
I will always come here for my bike servicing. Highly recommended.
