Small cosy restaurant. The signature pork cheeks ramen is the must try. The pork cheeks melts in your mouth. The chicken kariage is juicy and tender.

One of the best ramens in Singapore that I’ve had. Fairly priced and provides an excellent sensory experience - tender pork jowl, Al dente noodles and an excellent broth. What more can you ask for!

Excellent Hokkaido Ramen with rich pork broth. One of my favourite ramen places in Singapore. Pork Cheek is also a must-try here. Staff is also friendly.

One of the best ramen I've ever had. Some mixed reviews however. The tonkotsu-based broth is really rich, milky and has a delicious savory body that doesn't overwhelm with its saltiness like most other ramen. However it's not consistent because when I went again the broth was overly salty and greasy... Definitely recommend the shoyu broth over the shio because it just has a much better and more complex depth of flavour. The iberico pork cheek ramen is a must try with the meat being incredibly tender and moist and it really does melt in your mouth.

Orders were made just before entry into the restaurant. I’m not sure why either, didn’t check with staff if it was possible to order when I’m seated . This is probably made to speed up ordering process? Servers are very prompt and proper, very efficient to clear plates and glasses also and strict with masked on polices when you have finished your food and drinks. Ordered a salmon bowl, the serving was smaller than i thought. Quality of food is good just thought it might not be so value for money. It’s $14++ . Definitely not sufficient for a man’s appetite. But could be just nice for a small eater/ and me ( a female! ) or do order side dishes to fill your tummies!

It’s been a few years since we ate Santouka as we couldn’t find the time since our son is born. However, the quality of their famous pork cheeks is still there. My 4 year old son loves it a lot and kept requesting for more. He finished the whole plate of braised pork cheeks and almost finished the bowl of noodles (S). This is the best place for good quality pork cheeks - reasonably priced too. So glad that they have this ramen option with pork cheeks - which they didn’t have in the past. So what we did was ordered the normal ramen bowl, and add Aburi pork cheeks at the side. They are located at the food section, right behind Rendezvous Nasi Padang. If you love noodles and pork cheeks, this is definitely the place to go to! You have to order first before being seated.

Tokusen Toruniku Shio Ramen Spicy Tsukemen ? Food wise: One got to love the Iberico Pork Cheeks, were succulent and nicely portioned. Just look at the glaze of the meat, mesmerizing isn't it. Overall, the Tsukemen was decent, they proved that the star of the show was the Iberico pork, tasty! The eggs wise, were beautiful, slightly overcooked by the side, but no matter, it was delicious! The noodles were decent, chewy but clumpy for the Tsukemen, still quite okay. Big eaters won't be pleased though. The soup for the Tsukemen was rich and thick, it was slightly more towards the sweet side rather than savory, but that was probably for me since one can take spicy food. Shio ramen, the noodles were springy and chewy, quite good for slurping. Soup wise, hmm tasted like chicken soup, mildly creamy. ✨ Ambience wise: Nice and cozy restaurant! ?? Service wise: Great! By far one of the most delicious tasting ramen I have had to date! Creamy broth and mouth water pork slices that just melts in your mouth. Servings look small on the initial but it is more than enough to feel full and satisfied
