C	Chin Lee C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We held our wedding dinner on holiday inn Jan 2022. The staff was friendly and services was prompt. We made some changes on the dishes and was given a contract to sign on, at that point of time we didn't think much and look through before signing. During our actual day was feeling disappointed to see our pumpkin bird nest change to crab meat with chicken stock when we did not even ask for changes on this dish. I would say its my bad to not go through the contract with such a reputable organisation but I would suggest, training to be conducted for staff to take instruction clearly and go through the contract with customer before confirming.

Service was fast . All the staff were friendly and approachable. Food was delivious.Even surprise me with a birthday cake when they found out its my birthday. Really appreciate each and everyone of the staff . Good work guys.

However, you will need to wait a while as its break fast time for everyone and there's a back log of orders. The waiters were great but I think they are understaffed coupled with the back log of orders resulted in quite a long wait for the food. All in all it was enjoyable.

I am dazzled by its awesome luxurious ambience and of course it’s so huge and open . Hospitality 100/100 fabulous location perfect Hosting Delicious Food * Neat and Clean *Proper Hygiene So I want to say that it’s tremendously Beautiful place .

The venue was nicely decorated, our requests were well taken note, even the last minute request which we were very pleased at. The foods served had good feedback from the guests, I was so looking forward for my dinner after the banquet ended. Since we did not have time to eat all the dishes, the Manager mentioned that those dishes will be packed for us couple to take away. But sadly we did not received our packed dinner after us had cleared our bill and left the hotel. Even when we feedback to the Senior Meetings & Events Manager a few times, she just brush off the feedback and did not suggest alternative help for us.

We checked in late and also requested a cot at the last minute and the receptionist was more than happy to organise that for us. Room amenities are a bit dated though could use a bit of an upgrade. Otherwise Holiday Inn Atrium is in a pretty good location - walking distance to Great World City and good food.
j	jane ong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our wedding lunch in May 2022 at the Atrium Ballroom. It was a great experience. Overall my guests are very happy and enjoyed themselves a lot. The food is good and the ambiance is great. The hotel is easy to find. I am very glad to have Aileen help us through our wedding preparation. She is very patient and addresses all our concerns. She also takes the effort to reply to our concerns even on weekends and on her off days!
