★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were deciding whether to install a smart home system for our new home, so after shopping around and reading reviews online, we settled on Home-a-genius. We met with Ethan to find out more and eventually took the plunge to install the system. Ethan, Junior and Gary were in charge of helping us to set up the smart home system, CCTV and intercom systems. They were very professional and patient as it was our first time using such a system, before installation, they conducted site visits to ensure all wiring was done correctly by our electrician, running through how the system will be run, where the equipments will be placed, after installation, they took the time to explain to us how it works, how to control it, helped us to set up the apps, taught us how to access it via the home a genius website etc… There was a slight issue with our side gate which took them some time to remedy it but they stayed on until it was fixed properly and tested it numerous times to ensure that it was working properly. Thank you guys! Highly recommend Home-a-genius as your smart home provider.

Thank you Junior and Ethan for the professionalism with the set up for the entire house and also the after sales support even after hours! Thanks Cheryl for the initial house visit to ensure everything was in place before setting up and also Christina.
Would definitely recommend H-A-G to anyone who’s looking to install a smart home system!

As this is the 1st time we are installing smart home, Ethan being our sales had explained to us and explored with us by coming to our new home and willing to discuss with us and our ID to make the whole process smooth.
Ivan who came and programmed has also expressed his professionalism and expertise not only program and guide us on their key functions of the smart home buttons and programs.

He was patient and went extra mile to discuss with his team on my requirements. He understood on the equipment that I intended for my living room and master bed room. They have done an exceptional work for me. Personally, by far my best investment. This is just the beginning to start with 2 rooms with HAG. There’s more to come! Ronell was assigned to us and he has been a great help in managing our smart home solution from end to end, very responsive as well! A shout out to the home setup team who spent hours in setting up the system and very patiently answered all my questions. Few days in to using the smart home system and we have no regrets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HAG has been impressive from start to finish. Ethan was very knowledgeable in guiding us through the entire process, also recommending the best systems based on our needs. He is not afraid to get his hands dirty as he came down to our unit during renovation to walk the ground.
The team, comprising of Eric, Gary and Sam, were professional during the installation process, on days where I am not present during the renovation, their coordination with my ID was seamless and I basically have nothing to worry about. Overall, we are happy with HAG and would recommend to others who want to automate their homes.

She was very knowledgeable of her work and recommended the best HAG system to meet our needs.
