★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible - Would not recommend placing any orders online. Placed an order for a Brother tape based on their website availability - wanted it expedited and hence opted to self collect. Was told that the order will be ready to self collect only on 30-Dec (After checking) and again reconfirmed that 30-Dec would be the only date as they could not expedite. Received a call at 5 PM stating "Brother" could not fulfil the order and the lead time is now 1 - 2 weeks. Asked for a refund and this will now take a further 5-7 days to be processed. If you don't have the stock - do not let your customers order! And if you cannot fulfil - tell the customers upfront - not at the end of the day so that they lose another day if trying to place the order elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Home n Office arranged for delivery, but driver did not show up on the day. Called the Home n Office number, but they couldn't contact their driver. They also did not call back to rearrange delivery date - assumed that delivery will be done the next day. They were sure that their driver will deliver by the following day, but strangely could not contact him. Asked what would happen if they failed to deliver again, their response is to ask you to cancel the order. I will recommend to avoid them to save yourself the hassle.

Special thanks to Hazel who took my call after office hours on Friday, she so patiently guided me through the products and order of Brother of L8900CDW all-in-one printer turned up at our door step in the morning on Monday. Superb! 5 stars is just insufficient to the excellent service of Hazel. Thank you Hazel and thank you all in Home n Office. Bravo!
