Contrary to the negative reviews, I purchased a printer from them over the weekend. Received prompt service the following day (Monday) for self-collection. They answered my emails when I requested updates and notified me as soon as the printer was ready for collection. Overall a great experience and the woman that assisted me when I reached there was very nice. Update: Upon checking the warranty status of this on the day of self collection, it says I have 10 months left and that the warranty started 6 Jan 2022!! I've never encountered this and am quite concerned that my warranty coverage started before even purchasing this. I dropped to 3 stars and contacting HP support for a resolution on this as my understanding is that the manufacturer warranty is supposed to start when I purchase the product not a month before. So strange...not sure if it takes time to update in the system as usually I manually register the product however this product appeared to be already registered because there was no way for me to register this I had to go to check warranty status on HP's website... Update 23 Feb: Didn’t get any response from the company sent them a followup email and told them that I contacted HP support. HP support validated my invoice and updated the warranty dates in their system so that now when I check the warranty status (by entering the serial number) it now reflects my purchase date as the start date of the manufacturer’s warranty for a total of 12 months. Keeping to 3 stars as this was a huge inconvenience for me to have to take a lot of time to figure this out and I still don’t know why the manufacturer warranty started a month before. Any update from the company on this would be appreciated. Consumers: Anyone that buys a printer from here make sure your warranty status reflects your purchase date as the start date. If it doesn’t, contact HP support and send them your invoice and they will validate and update accordingly.
