From initial conversation on WhatsApp, Melvin was very patient in answering my questions and gave clear assurance that he was able to fix the issues, otherwise no charge at all. Within 2 working days, Melvin came to my place on time and fix the issues within 2 hours! I must say that I learn a lot about home connectivity, do’s and don’ts etc from him. He was able to diagnose the issue very quickly and provided best solutions with my available devices immediately. Thank you so much for maximising the home network potential. Came to my house, give me a professional advice and fixed up all the issues. A 5 star service and affordable too.. Would like to thank them a million times for their service. Highly recommended and will call them up again if i face any internet issue in the future.

Response was fast and within 2 hours, he was at my place to sort out the network issues. Though it took a bit longer to sort out the issues, overall it was a pleasant experience!
