Even before I have made any commitments to purchase or hire their services, they have been super patient and answered EVERY question, enquiry and worries I have when exploring to install smart switches in my place. Their website is very informative, detailed and straightforward. One of the major concerns for such novel smart home commitments is its integration to your new/current home setup, which they'll take you through and explain in details. During the installation, they're punctual and pay VERY close attention to details, offering ideas, changes, suggestions and always make sure that you get what you want, or better. I highly admire their thoughtfulness, skills and excellent display of professionalism. Though I've made comparisons before, their readiness to answer all enquiries really bought me over back. I contact Hans via Whatsapp to check availability of a product because I was there only for few days, I even asked some pre-sales questions and he sent me some pictures. He was very helpful.
