Mike, a stranger who became a friend. After umpteen times of searching for the different controllers, my wife and I were determined to make our new place a smart home. The basic knowledge I had came mostly from YouTube videos and forums. Hours were spent meeting up with different companies dealing with smart home automation. We decided to go with Mike simply because he was responsive to my queries (most of them after office hours). Not only was Mike patient in answering my thousand and one questions, he took an extra effort in liaising with my ID on the installation dates. A plus point was there were no annoying hard sale tactics used throughout. All products installed worked as expected and the thorough user explanation by Mike was much appreciated. Will definitely recommend friends and family who are interested in smart home automation to Mike.

We only have good reviews for Mike and his team of installers. He was very knowledgeable on the products and gave us good inputs which is what we really need as newbies interested in starting on a smart home journey to improve our lifestyle. He only recommended us on the things we need right now and what are the specifications required and we could do an upgrade along the way, that saves us a lot of headache and cost! My wife and I went to LTSG intending to look at Line8 product. We then came across the bundle promotion of smart system LTSG offers with Line8. Initially we had no intention of doing a smart system at home, thinking that it will cost us a bomb. However, after the guided tour and explanations by Mike, we realised smart system is an achievable convenience we can add to our BTO. We ended up getting the Broadlink smart switches, a smart water heater switch and a smart curtain system. Mike is very helpful throughout the whole renovation journey. As the renovation took about 3 months, we contacted Mike periodically to address some enquires we had along the way. Mike also coordinated directly with my ID on the installation. There are two things I think potential clueless smart home owner-wannabee like me should take note: 1) There are mainly two types of smart system (RF or WiFi). And for WiFi, you could not use a mesh system as they are incompatible with the system. 2) The smart switches that I got (Broadlink) do not support dimmable bulbs. I am still learning about the smart system and I am glad Mike is opened to addressing my enquires although the deal has been completed.

Amazing experience with Mike and Johnny. They were flexible with the installation dates and don't mind taking the extra effort to suit my renovation timing. Kudos the team for making our new loft smart enabled! Would definitely recommend those to come and pay them a visit if you're keen to learn more on smart home automation.

Mike is knowledgeable in his smart products and always willing to assist/help in my queries. Checked out a few competitors and decided to go with Life Tech because Mike is always responsive and that's a plus point because you know he will be there when u faced some issues with your smart devices. Price is also reasonable. Lastly, there is also after sales service available from him and his electrician ??

Engaged Mike to help convert my entire house switches to smart ones. Throughout the process, he was very patient and knowledgeable and answered every one of my questions. He also gave very practical and sound suggestions, e.g. the placement of the motion sensors so as not to trigger any false positives and also timings of the main door down light. Overall it is money well-spent and I'm a very happy camper.
