★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales team may be good but beware of their after sales customer service. Bought a custom made sofa from here and less than 2 years, the piece at the bottom of the sofa fell off with no reasons. Called the customer service and they told me it is not under warranty, apparently this "dust cover" or so they call it, is not part of the sofa? And their solution is for you is to pay for replacement and it will probably last u another year. Totally disappointed that the sofa cost so much and they uses cheap material for this dust cover!

She was patient as I had no idea what I wanted and she knows her products very well. I highly recommend this store to anyone who’s looking for a customisable sofa for their home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience with Chris at HomesToLife has been nothing short of fantastic. He was very engaging, knowledgeable and helpful while we were in the store. He helped us to find an armchair that would suit our needs. He clearly explained the process for payment and advised us on delivery options. On the day of delivery he confirmed the pick up and even sent me a video of the pick up. We will definitely be back to HomesToLife next time we need new furniture. The products are great and the service was excellent.
